Doha: The Department of Meteorology has forecast hot to very hot weather during the daytime, with occasional slight dust. The weather offshore will remain fine but will be accompanied by strong winds and high seas.
According to Qatar News Agency, inshore winds are expected to be northwesterly at speeds of 06-16 KT, with gusts reaching up to 24 KT during the daytime. Offshore winds will also be northwesterly, blowing at speeds of 10-20 KT and gusting to 28 KT at times.
The sea conditions inshore are anticipated to range between 2-4 feet, rising to 5 feet occasionally. Offshore, the sea will vary from 3-6 feet, with heights reaching up to 9 feet at times. Visibility in both inshore and offshore areas is expected to range from 5 to 9 kilometers.
