Darfur: Governor of the Darfur Region, Minni Arko Minnawi, praised the pioneering role of women in the battle for liberation and resilience in Kabkabiya, Dar Misra, Kulbus, and Jebel Moon in the Darfur region. According to Sudan News Agency, Minnawi highlighted the steadfastness of women in providing food and support, and backing fighters on the western axis who are defending land and honor. He described Darfuri women as a vibrant revolutionary force confronting aggression and safeguarding identity and culture from attempts at erasure and looting. Minnawi saluted the women of Darfur as symbols of will and resilience, affirming that they are essential partners in the battle for survival and victory.
