Khartoum: The Central Bank of Sudan (CBOS) confirmed the completion of integration between the Central Bank's core banking system and the electronic payment system of the Ministry of Finance, known as Esali.
According to Sudan News Agency, Abu Bakr Al-Hussein, head of the information exchange team with the Ministry of Finance, stated that this development marks a significant milestone in strengthening the integration between the two entities. The integration allows for electronic data exchange, providing real-time and secure access to critical government account information. This advancement is expected to enhance resource management efficiency and improve the speed and accuracy of information exchange.
This achievement is aligned with the Central Bank of Sudan's commitment to advancing digital transformation and improving government banking services by adopting the best technological practices.
Al-Hussein concluded by expressing gratitude and appreciation to the technical team for their dedicated efforts and cooperative spirit, which were instrumental in completing the tasks. He emphasized the importance of continued collaboration to achieve further progress in the future.
