Khartoum: The Cabinet Media Office has clarified that recent reports concerning the appointment of a new Minister of Foreign Affairs are incorrect. The office emphasized that these reports are part of a series of fabricated news items intended to create confusion.
According to Sudan News Agency, the office issued a statement urging the public to rely exclusively on official sources for news. It reiterated that any official announcements regarding ministerial appointments would be made through the state’s official channels.
