Doha: Alisar Mohammad, an athlete from Jaish Sport Club, has secured third place in the West Asian Athletics Clubs Championship held in Doha, Qatar’s capital. Alisar earned the bronze medal in the 100-meter hurdles after a fierce competition in the final race.
According to Syrian Arab News Agency, over 400 athletes are participating in the championship, representing 22 clubs from 11 countries under the West Asian Federation. The event will continue to run until the 10th of this month.
