He also expressed condolences to all victims of attacks against civilians across Sudan during the recent period, praying for mercy upon the dead and a speedy recovery for the wounded.

The minister praised the sacrifices and resistance efforts made by local residents in confronting the militia and defending their communities, saying these positions reflected national unity, resilience, and commitment to safeguarding the country's security and stability. Al-Eisir reaffirmed that the Sudanese state and people stand firmly alongside the armed forces in the 'Battle of Dignity' and the defense of the country.

He stressed that the state continues efforts to protect civilians, restore security and stability, defeat the militia, and end the threat it poses to citizens and national resources. The minister renewed calls on the international community, the United Nations, and regional and international human rights organizations to condemn the violations, hold perpetrators accountable, and take measures against the RSF militia, including designating it as a terrorist organization for acts he said violate international humanitarian law and fundamental human values.

He concluded the statement by praying for mercy upon the victims, speedy recovery for the wounded, and protection for Sudan and its people.
