Al-Eisir Funds Embassy to Operate Voluntary Return Train from Cairo

Cairo: Minister of Culture, Information, Tourism and Antiquities Khalid Al-Eisir handed over funds to the Sudanese Embassy in Cairo to cover the cost of operating a voluntary return train for employees of cultural, media, antiquities, and tourism sectors, along with their families and other citizens wishing to return to Sudan.

According to Sudan News Agency, the minister stated that the initiative is aimed at supporting state efforts to facilitate voluntary return and ease burdens on Sudanese citizens in Egypt. He emphasized that the endeavor is seen as both a national and humanitarian responsibility.

The Sudanese Embassy has confirmed that there is ongoing coordination to complete the technical and administrative arrangements necessary for an organized and safe return process.
