Dakar: President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, arrived in Dakar, the Senegalese capital, on Monday, on the fourth stop of his African tour.
According to Sudan News Agency, General Al-Burhan’s visit to Dakar is part of a broader effort to strengthen diplomatic and military ties across the African continent.
