Khartoum: Sudan's Ambassador to the Central African Republic, Bushra Ahmed Idris, met with the President of the Central African Republic, Professor Faustin-Archange Touadéra, during the activities of the First National Week of Trees and Forests.According to Sudan News Agency, the Ambassador conveyed the greetings and congratulations of President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan to President Touadéra on the successful organization of the event. He also extended condolences from the Government and people of Sudan concerning the victims of the collapse of the Zombie artisanal mining site near the border with Cameroon.The discussions between the Ambassador and President Touadéra covered developments in Sudan and the broader region, with a focus on strengthening bilateral relations to benefit both countries and their citizens.President Touadéra expressed gratitude for the condolences offered by the Sudanese leadership and conveyed his wishes for peace and stability in Sudan and the region. He emphasized his country's commitment to enhancing relations with Sudan.
