Khartoum:The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, along with other officials, mourns the loss of Professor Ibrahim Musa Tabin, a notable figure in Sudanese academia.
According to Sudan News Agency, Professor Ahmed Madawi Musa, the Minister, and Professor Ali Al-Sheikh Al-Samani, the Undersecretary, expressed their sorrow over the passing of Professor Tabin. He was a distinguished professor at the Faculty of Animal Production at the University of Khartoum, the first founding director of the University of West Kordofan, and the founding director of the University of Peace.
Professor Tabin was celebrated for his role in advancing higher education in Sudan. His contributions to the establishment and development of educational institutions have left a lasting impact on the academic community. The Ministry extends its sincere condolences to his family, colleagues, students, and the broader educational community at the University of Khartoum, University of West Kordofan, and University of Peace.
In their message, the Ministry asks for divine mercy and forgiveness for Professor Tabin, praying for his peace in the afterlife and offering comfort to those he left behind.
