Khartoum: President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, has underscored the significance of bolstering Sudan’s foreign relations and advancing fields of strategic joint cooperation. The aim is to enhance shared interests and support the development of these relations to fulfill Sudan’s overarching objectives.
According to Sudan News Agency, this declaration was made during Al-Burhan’s farewell to Sudanese ambassadors Osman Hussein Al-Amin and Bukhari Ghanem, who are departing for their respective assignments in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the Republic of Tunisia.
Osman Hussain Al-Amin, the Sudanese ambassador to the DRC, conveyed in a press statement that the TSC President provided directives intended to fortify Sudan’s relations with its Arab and African neighbors, aligning with their mutual interests. Al-Amin further articulated Sudan’s ambition to enhance joint relations to ensure security, stability, and reconstruction, emphasizing that Sudan is undergoing a significant transformation marked by the armed forces’ victories over rebel terrorist militias.
