Khartoum: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on Saturday strongly condemned the heinous attack targeting the East-West Oil Pipeline in the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ministry reaffirmed the Republic of Sudan's categorical rejection of attacks on civilian, vital, and economic infrastructure, stressing that such acts constitute a flagrant violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty and a serious threat to its security and stability.
According to Sudan News Agency, the ministry expressed Sudan's full solidarity with and support for the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It affirmed the Kingdom's right to protect its security, sovereignty, and national resources, stressing that such attacks constitute a dangerous and unacceptable escalation that threatens regional security and peace.
The Republic of Sudan reiterated its rejection of all forms of aggression and escalation and called for respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states, and for their security, national resources, and vital infrastructure to be protected.
