Prime Minister Endorses 2026 Sudanese Secondary School Certificate Results

Khartoum: Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris has endorsed the results of the 2026 Sudanese Secondary School Certificate examinations, paving the way for their official announcement.

According to Sudan News Agency, Minister of National Education Dr. Al-Tohami Al-Zain Hajar stated, following his meeting with the Prime Minister in Khartoum, that 559,000 male and female students sat for the examinations at 3,333 centers inside and outside Sudan. He noted that the results were better than those of last year and the years preceding the war, when around 510,000 students participated in the examinations.

The minister mentioned that the increase in the number of students sitting for the examinations reflected positive indicators of stability in the education process and recovery. He expressed his gratitude to teachers, security agencies, and government institutions that contributed to the successful administration and security of the examinations.
