Khartoum: Prime Minister Professor Kamil Idris on Thursday attended the launch of a convoy organized by the industrial and commercial sectors in support of the Sudanese Armed Forces. The event was attended by the Ministers of Defense, Finance, and Industry and Commerce, as well as several military leaders, constitutional leaders, and state officials.
According to Sudan News Agency, the Prime Minister described the convoy as a symbolic gesture that reaffirms the Sudanese people's support for the Armed Forces. He emphasized that the diverse segments of society are united behind the Armed Forces in their battles for dignity.
The Prime Minister praised the historic victories and major advances achieved through the efforts of the Armed Forces, Joint Forces, Police Force, General Intelligence Service, and supporting forces. He acknowledged the contributions of everyone involved in these battles, whether through arms, ideas, or writing.
Professor Kamil Idris asserted that every piece of Sudanese territory taken by the rebel militia would soon be reclaimed. He emphasized that the Sudanese Army is one of the strongest in the world, highlighting the solidarity of the Sudanese people around the slogan "One Army, One People" in support of their military.
He also expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Armed Forces, represented by Commander-in-Chief General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, and to all soldiers on the front lines. He paid homage to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives, inscribing the meanings of dignity and victory with their blood.
