Israeli occupation forces arrested 16 Palestinians during raids across the West Bank on Tuesday, among them were former detainees.
The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority and the Palestinian Prisoners Society said the arrests took place in Bethlehem, Qalqilya, Nablus and Tubas.
They reported incidents of physical assaults, threats against detainees and their families and ransacking of homes.
Since the start of the war on Gaza in October 2023, over 11,500 people in the West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem, have been detained, marking a sharp increase in military search-and-arrest operations.
