In a serious incident that occurred today in the Ain al-Bayda area, south of Hebron, gangs of settlers expelled a citizen and his family from his property at gunpoint, and demolished his residential tent and the tent of his sheep.
Ratib Al-Jabour, coordinator of the Popular and National Committees to Resist the Wall and Settlements, said that this incident is a serious crime that does not bode well, and it is the first time that settler gangs have carried out this serious attack. They expelled the citizen Mahmoud Dawoud with his family consisting of seven members, five of whom are children. From the tent he had been living in for years in the Ain al-Bayda area. The settlers were not satisfied with that, but they demolished the residential tent and another tent used as a sheep pen.
Al-Jabour added: "This is forced displacement, and it is a crime committed by the settlers, and we fear that the gangs of settler criminals will continue this heinous crime and commit other crimes against citizens."
In a related context, gangs of settlers from the “Avi Gal” settlement grazed their sheep on citizens’ lands planted with olives belonging to the Al-Jabareen family
