Khartoum: Prime Minister Prof. Kamil Idris affirmed the government's commitment to developing and strengthening cooperation with Spain across various fields. He made these remarks during a meeting with Spanish Ambassador Daniel Losada Millar, which was also attended by the Prime Minister's Special Representative Dr. Al-Hussein Al-Siddig Al-Hafyan and Ambassador Jamal Malik Ahmed, Director of the European and American Affairs Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to Sudan News Agency, the Spanish ambassador conveyed a message reaffirming Spain's support for Sudan's unity and sovereignty, along with a prosperous future for its people. He emphasized Spain's continued support for the Sudanese people, highlighting the meeting's focus on several bilateral issues and potential areas for cooperation, particularly in economic sectors.
The ambassador expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to him during his visit. He also commended the resilience of the Sudanese people amid challenging circumstances and wished for Sudan's development and prosperity in the future.
