Khartoum: Badr Airlines has officially announced the resumption of its flights from Khartoum International Airport beginning Wednesday, 22 October, following a long suspension since the outbreak of the war on 15 April 2023.
According to Sudan News Agency, the company’s media office stated that the resumption of flights comes in response to the aspirations of citizens. This step is seen as a representation of the Sudanese people’s will and their determination to restore normal life in the capital, Khartoum.
The company further mentioned that it has resumed flights as part of its effort to encourage the Sudanese people to come together in rebuilding and reconstructing everything that was destroyed by the war.
